So I got my rubber bands a couple days ago, and today, I completely forgot how to wear it. Can somebody tell me?? Pictures would really help too. Thanks!! Oh yeah. The rubber bands are made from a company I think is called ormco.How do you wear the chipmunk rubber bands on your braces?
There should be a hook on the K-9 part of the upper teeth. You hook one end there, then take the other and hook it to the back near your wisdom teeth on the bottom back. Do that for both K-9's.
