Get the file you want, and if it's in WAV format, you can simply open it in sound recorder, then go Effects, Increase Speed.

If you want a MP3 to WAV converter, simply search it on www.download.comHow can i change a normal song to chipmunk style? is there any program to do that?
put a 33record on the phonograph, and set it to play at 45
First you need software that will change pitch without changing tempo, ';Sound Forge'; used to do something called ';ACID. Pro'; which you could do it with. They also allow you to change tempo without changing pitch.
ANy programme with a pitch shifting plugin. Digital performer, cubase, reason. Type in pitch shifter to a seaarch engine. Remeber that if you are working from one Stereo track everything will be pitched up and the drums, guitar etc will all sound wrong.
Sound Forge 6 is the only software that does this no other software is capable. you can download the trial from any search engine.
CoolEdit Pro (now Adobe Audition) can do it.

what you want to do is time extend the song without pitch shifting it, and then time compress it back to it's original length letting the pitch change.
yes, these is music producing software that can do this...maybe you can find it.and speed up the rpm.
I don't know about the music part, but for the voice, all you need to do is suck in some helium gas, however, be aware of the health risks.
