my friend can change his voice on the phone to make his voice seem like a chipmunk or go lower to where it sounds like the doll from SAW4..is there a special phone that can do that?How do I make My house phone sound like a chipmunk?

when you bought the phone, it should have come with an instruction booklet. it will contain different rings/messages for your phone. have no way of knowing if 'chipmunk' is an option on your phone, but maybe you'll find something better. good luck, lol. are you sure your friend isn't just good at imitating a chipmunk?

and no there isn't u just go on youtube and wirte sound of chipmunk or google and when u get it u record it like when u talk to ur friend on the fone put it next to the speaker... then pretend u did it. That's obviously what they're doing!

Check ebay for the voice modulators. They are kinda cheap, and fun to play with.
