Go to ';sound recorder'; and record something you say and then go to ';options'; (i think) and then put ';increase'; or if you want it to sound deep ';decrease'; it works for me all the time and i laugh so hard some times it sounds so funny! :D good luckHow can you make ur vioce sound like a chipmunk with out downloading?

u make ur mouth into an 'o' shape, suck air in, and...forcefully shoot it back out!!!!
