Check your State's Wildlife website or find a local office you can call and ask. They may not be legal as pets in some States.

why don't you walk outside and find one?
don't go on the net to get one, you cannot trust the source, your best bet is to go to your local pet shop, where you will find what you want, and get all the advise on care etc
If you live in the US, it is illegal to keep a chipmunk (or any other native wildlife) as a pet. Leave them in the wild where they belong.
