How can I make the voices in a video chipmunk-like using Windows Movie Maker, without increasing the speed?

When I double the speed of a video in Windows Movie Maker, it makes the voices of the people in the video sound squeaky and chipmunk-like. How can I keep the same type of squeaky-talking in the video, but then leave the video at normal speed, using Windows Movie Maker? How can I make the voices in a video chipmunk-like using Windows Movie Maker, without increasing the speed?
you use auto-tune by changing by pitch. How can I make the voices in a video chipmunk-like using Windows Movie Maker, without increasing the speed?
Windows Movie Maker can't do it, but you can

1) Demux the video.

2) Increase the pitch without changing the tempo using the ';Change Pitch...'; filter in Audacity.

3) Export the audio again, recoding it if needed.

4) Remux the audio in to the original container.

5) Load it into Windows Movie Maker.
by changing the pitch of the sound.there should be a option for it but i currently dont use that app
