I've never really tried to do particularly that; but ';Audacity'; will probably do it.

Record your voice into it, then play around with the settings to change it's pitch %26amp; tone etc.

You can download MorphVox Jr or VoiceChanger 5.5 Diamond. I believe that they have a free limited edition for you to play around with.
