They have wild animal formula at vet offices and hardwares. You need a dropper to feed him. Keep him close to a lamp so he will stay warm. I would try fish and wildlife or try to find a wildlife rescue in your area. Most areas have wildlife rescues you just have to look for them. You can call some local vets and they might be able to tell you where the nears rescue is.
I think you should call animal control, but if you want and are willing to risk that it may have a disease, you can keep it and raise it. Go reasearch what they eat and tips on raising them. =]
keep it somewhere in your home for the night and leave maybe a few peanuts and a little puddle of milk. If its not better by morning, call the vet
